This 3 star hotel is a family-orientated house with a cocy “a la carte” restaurant, sauna and a children play room. The building was completely renovated in 2009 (new facade, windows, water and electric lines, baths, furniture).
The comfortable rooms (20 to 25 qm) dispose bedrooms with living-room furniture, sleeping sofa, anteroom, partial balconies, bath with shower, WC, radio, television and free WIFI.

At the moment the hotel is opened only in winter from beginning of December till the middle of April. Due to the excellent location (e.g. the famous Red Bull Formula One ring is only 30 minutes away) in the midst of original nature and within a large walking paradise, one has great chances to increase the profit further with a good summer season.

The occupancy during the winter-season is more than 85%. The restaurant at the hotel has a very good “a la carte“ business. The enterprise is highly profitable and represents a high-value investment. The hotel is sold for private reasons.

In addition: Cross-country skiing, toboggan run, skating rink, romantic ski huts, winter snow walking and much more. The skiing area was tested internationally and could accept in 2014 two awards. In summer the resort is a marvellous walking paradise with sunny wanderings for the whole family; Mountain biking, climbing, interesting excursions and much more. The hotel is located, absolutely snow-secured, at 1.660 meters above sea-level, directly at the ski slopes in the centre of the skiing area and offers perfect „ski in“ and “ski-out”. Hotelguests just step out of the hotel and stand right on the slope.
